When you register, we store your name, email address and optional birthday. Your password is stored as a protected verifier, not as readable text. Saved watches are linked to your member account when you sign in.

How JZ handles account and inquiry information.
How the information is used
We use account information to provide sign-in, profile management and saved watches. When you contact us, we may record the watches you ask about, contact details, quotes and follow-up notes to respond to your inquiry.
Browser storage and service providers
Essential cookies maintain sign-in and image verification. Browser storage remembers language, guest favorites, comparisons and recently viewed watches. An optional inquiry draft, including a budget or question you enter, stays in session storage in the current browser tab. The site is hosted using Cloudflare. Opening WhatsApp passes your prepared inquiry to a separate service, subject to its own privacy practices. You review and send the message there.
Access, corrections and account requests
You can edit your name and birthday, remove saved watches and change your password in your account. Contact JZ through the contact page for other access or deletion requests. We will need to confirm your identity before handling an account request.
